About Us

While living abroad and in lock down for months at a time, we began experimenting with new dishes and condiments to accompany our food.
We wanted to create a simple product to elevate our home cooking.
Cooking primarily a range of traditional Italian dishes and modern Asian cuisine, we wanted something that could be used across cuisines and used both in cooking and as a garnish.
With Paolo’s childhood filled with growing chillies and vegetables at his families home, it was the perfect base to start with and brought a bit of home while trapped in dreary London lockdowns.
This is where the chilli oil was born.
After perfecting the recipe, we shared a little bottle of our love with our closest family and friends as a bonbonniere at our wedding and now we lovingly share bottles across Australia for all to enjoy.

About our products.

South Australian

We try to source and partner locally where we can - our wildflower honey is sourced from the Fleurieu Peninsula and oil from across South Australia.

Natural ingredients

We use many fresh aromatics in our products including garlic, onion and ginger to ensure an authentic flavour and don’t use preservatives or additives.

Made by hand

We lovingly prepare and cook all products by hand, to maintain consistency and ensure each bottle contains our distinctive flavours and texture.
