What is the sediment at the top of my chilli honey?

We use natural and unfiltered honey, cooked with fresh ingredients. Natural pollen or other natural particles may settle as part of the infusion process. Please shake before use for full flavour.

How do I best store my products?

Store in a dark, cool place such as a pantry or kitchen cabinet. You can also store oil in the refrigerator, simply let oil sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Please do not store honey in the refrigerator as it will crystalize.

Where are your products made?

We lovingly prepare and cook all products by hand, here in South Australia to maintain consistency and ensure each bottle contains our distinctive flavours and texture.

How spicy is the chilli oil and chilli honey?

Our products are moderate spice - use in moderation if you are sensitive to spice and pour generously for those who prefer more heat. Our chilli oil will naturally intensify in heat over time as the infusion process continues.

Do you add preservatives to your products?

No, we don’t use preservatives or additives, only natural ingredients.

Where are your ingredients sourced from?

We try to source and partner locally where we can - our wildflower honey is sourced from the Fleurieu Peninsula and oil from across South Australia. However, we use some spices that are not grown in commercial quantities in Australia, so partner with local South Australian businesses to source these internationally.

What are shipping times?

Orders are dispatched every Wednesday and Friday, maximum shipping time is usually 1 week for domestic orders from dispatch. We post to anywhere in Australia using a variety of Australia Post and courier companies.
